| AFTER SCHOOL DROP-IN - Ages 11-18
About: A core program at Youth One, the after school drop in exists to give youth a safe, fun, empowering and mentoring environment during after school hours. Program features optional/organized activities, computer lab, art room, mini ramp (Skateboarding), climbing wall, table games, concession, daily meal/snack and more.
When: High School Drop-in runs Monday and Wednesday 3:00 - 5:15 and Middle School Drop-in runs Tuesday and Thursdays 3:00 - 5:15.
Where: Youth One youth centre, located at 1303 13 St North, Lethbridge. (West Doors)
How do I sign up? Registration is easy! Simply show up during one of our scheduled drop-in times, let us know it is your first time and we will take care of the rest. We’ll grab your basic information (Emergency contact info etc) give you a tour of the space, then send you home with a welcome gift, parent/guardian letter and waiver that needs to be signed before your next visit.

| DAILY LUNCH PROGRAM - Ages 14-18
About: Provides a free daily lunch for high school students. In partnership with local businesses and food banks, youth receive scheduled hot meals, or grab and go lunches to take back to school.
When: Monday - Thursday, 11:30-12:30 (During school days)
What: View Calendar below! We serve various meals on different days (Pizza, soup, grab and go lunches etc)
Where: Youth One youth centre, located at 1303 13 St North, Lethbridge. (West Doors)
How do I sign up? Virtually the same as after school drop in! let us know its your first time and we will setup a basic profile for you and send you home with a waiver. When you come back next time we will complete your profile.
*This is a school food/youth soup kitchen program.
| THE POINT - SUPPORT CENTRE - Ages 14-18
About: The centre is open all day (Must schedule a time ahead of your visit) for youth to access resources, use the computer lab, study, or simply connect/hangout during a spare.
When: Monday-Thursday 10:30-2:30, Friday 10:30-4:00, Closed on weekends

| AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS DROP-IN - Ages 11-18
About: A core program at Youth One, the after school Sports drop in exists to give youth a safe, fun, empowering and mentoring environment during after school hours while playing organized pickup sports. The After School Sports Drop in is hosted at our second location in the Park meadows Baptist church gymnasium, accessed through the south east door. Mondays and Wednesdays are basketball and Tuesday Thursday are Futsal and everyone of any skill level is welcome come and play, have snack and hangout with the friendly faces you know and love from Youth One. Open to ages 11-18 or grade 6-12.
When: Middle School Drop-in runs Monday 3:00 - 5:00 and High School Drop-in runs Tuesday and Thursdays 3:00 - 5:00. Wednesday is an all ages (ages 11-18) open gym day running from 3:00 - 5:00.
Where: Youth One Gym Site, located at 2011 15 Ave N, Lethbridge. (South East Doors)

| SUMMER PROGRAMS
Our summer programs run from July to August and attempt to offer a bit of the same experiences you love from the school year (afternoon drop in, sports, food service) mixed with unique experiences only possible in the summer (field trips, park days, outdoor activities). Youth One is an exciting place where you can relax and socialize. There is always something going on! I've personally made many friends there and the leaders are very relatable. It is a great place to wind down, and talk about any issues if needed.
